Berkshire Care Association is a not-for-profit organisation. It is led by representatives from the varied care sectors in Berkshire who reflect the needs and wishes of it’s membership, and reaches out to figures exceeding 450 organisations and individuals, with an approximate employment level of 7000 staff. The Berkshire Care Association speaks with the voice of thousands who work within and receive care across Berkshire.
The BCA Board is made up of a group of mostly voluntary, extremely committed and passionate people who work within the care sector. Between them they have a wide knowledge and experience of the sector.

David Tanner - Treasurer
David Tanner has vast experience managing care and nursing homes. David has worked in the care sector for 14 years. Prior to joining the care sector, David worked as an accountant with Virgin Retail and Guinness Brewing International.

Jill Chu - Mental Health Lead
Jill says she has a passion for quality care and has worked tirelessly in the mental health sector for a number of years supporting this passion. She began work for the NHS before joining the private sector where she currently works. Her work has been recognised nationally and has lead her to invitations to speak at conferences and represent her role in the national media.
